| Hot Plate Leveling(HPL)is an important production process in Heavy Plate production line,which is in charge of stretching and flattening the hot plate to improve its flatness.The control character and precision of the HPL automatic control system decides directly the HPL leveling performance,which is also a critical process for the Heavy Plate Plant to improve the plate characters and rates.In this dissertation,the research target is the control system of the hot plate leveler.This text firstly introduces the equipped conditions and developing directions of the domestic existing Plate Levelers in Heavy Plate production lines,and describes the technological flow process of the Hot Plate Leveler in Ansteel 5500 Heavy Plate production line.Then,viewing the actual equipment running conditions in latest years,the advantages and disadvantages of the original drive system and X-Pact automation control system in actual application is specifically analyzed.Further,analyzing the bottleneck problems of the Hot Plate Leveler,the reference automatic control system modification plan is worked out.The design for the main drive system,the basic automation level and the process automation level are carried out.The simulation research on the hydraulic control system and the optimizing to the whole system(including the inverters and X-Pact automation system)are carried out.These improve the interlock conditions,solve the difficult problems on five sections of the load balance,overload protection,synchronization control,plate stalled,wrong plate thickness leveling.The optimizations perfect the equipment natural security,improve its characters and precisions,as well improve the leveler running rates and performance,satisfy the technical requirements for hot plate leveling,and noticeably improve the plate quality. |
