The Design And Research Of The Dual Function Gas Water Heater Human Simulating Intelligent Controller

Dual function gas water heater is a new-fashioned heater that could supply bath water and heating water. Because of redressal of energy resource composition in our country and it's merit, it holds abundant potential market quotients. Nowadays, dual function gas water heater controller can't meet the demand, especially temperature control effect is not good. Then, for the heater popularization, it is very necessary to design good temperature control algorithm and controller which should perform well in security, comfort and operation convenience etc.In this paper, the author puts forward a new kind of controller based on embedded system, which aims at regulating heater heating and bath system. Meanwhile, under the guidance of Human Simulating Intelligent Control theory, an advanced temperature control algorithm is designed and realized. The algorithm and controller realize preferable administration and regulation. In this paper, there are dual function gas water heater controller temperature control algorithm design and controller design based on embedded system, and then, it shows the algorithm and controller performance in practice. This controller solves the control problem of dual function gas water heater.
