Distrubuted Control System (DCS) is a complicated system involved in information technology, modern management ar d manufacturing, which can deal with scientifically the whole production and management process of enterprise. As the information basis that can promote competence of corporation, DCS invokes widely attention. Many countries made it an emphasized nation project, and have gotten notable achievements.As a typical process industry, the cemont industry also need to implement DCS to improve the management and competence. Distributed Control system (DCS) makes enterprise product with more agility, lower cost , and shorter cycle. Now, it is the primary orientation of enterprise integrated automation, and a very useful research task.The project takes interest in the architecture of DCS. And by applying these architecturew, we design and actualize one factual series of cement. In addition, According to the architecture model, based on DCS, and by some new technology such as PROFIBUS fieldbus, OPC data interface, we design and develop a practical series of cement enterprise DCS.
