Research Of DCS/MES/ERP Integrated System In Cement Enterprise

Abstract:Nowadays, distributed control system(DCS) of the control layer and enterprise resource planning(ERP) of the high layer are widely used in cement enterprise workshop. But the DCS and the ERP are two isolated systems, and their information cannot communicate and transfer timely. So they need a bridge called manufacturing execution system (MES). DCS/MES/ERP integration system is implemented, which can realize information integration in the whole production and operation management in order to transfer timely.This paper based on the analysis and research of the design and application of DCS/MES/ERP integration system at home and abroad, combined with cement enterprise production processes, deeply studies several key technologies in terms of the DCS/MES/ERP integration system, such as the integration principle, XML technology, OPC technology, three layer architecture, UML, database design, and Hibernate, etc.This paper combined with the present situation of cement enterprise information construction, studies the system structure and working principle used in the DCS/MES/ERP integration system of cement enterprise; analyzes the cement enterprise production processes; specifies the requirements of the cement enterprise information management; analyzes the system function of each module, designs function models, use case diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, and designs database; develops and implements subsystem of equipment management, realizable file information management, equipment receiving-sending-saving management, equipment state management, equipment maintenance management, equipment production management, and equipment account management, so as to effectively realize the information integration and sharing, and so that decision-and-plan layer can timely notice the deviation between the actual production and the planned production and the workshop control layer can timely know the change in the plan and precisely control the production of the equipment. Finally realize information integration in the whole production and operation management.
