A problem has been put forward that rate and degree of eccentric wear between sucker rod and oil tube aggravated in polymer flooding wells which in water flooding wells since polymer wells put into production in Daqing oil field . The main reason is that the viscosity of produce liquid increased in polymer flooding wells than water flooding wells , it make for all the factional resistance increased correspondingly, the result is maximal load become lager during upstroke and the minimum load become smaller during down-stroke than water flooding after polymer output from polymer flooding well, force status of the rod turn too bad ,and the lengthways buckling load increased in down-stroke , make the buckling number bought by lose stability of sucker rod broken be increased operating well obvious add a lot ,so it must influence the polymer flooding well . While operating charge increase, and the production cost enhanced also.This paper aimed at the problem ,adopting theory analysis and test study, using programming to calculate the pole distortion, and adopting corresponding measure . Concrete study content as follows : First analysis viscosity variety of output liquid ; then base the pole mechanics model for the upstroke and down-stroke ;put up eliciting oil pole resistance test study in the viscosity liquid build test device to study vertical force and test eliciting oil pump resistance , then regress the calculate formula for eliciting oil pump resistance .Secondly base on the basic method for pole statics analysis , choose finity unit to solve this problem ,and gain the corresponding programme ; then build the test device of eliciting oil pole distortion to validate the programme .Last calculate the real pole and base on the result adopt corresponding measure . The pole wear is lightened effectively , the cycle of examing the pump isprolonged and the better economy benefit is gained .
