Study On The Strategic Thought And Technological Route Of Utilization And Disposal Of Industrial Waste In The Reservoir Area Of Three Gorges

Yangtze River and its branches of the reservoir area of Three Gorges began to store water and turned into a reservoir in mid June, 2003. The flow rate of Yangtze River slowed down after construction of the reservoir. A large amount of solid industry waste and municipal rubbishes are being heaped up along the banks of Yangtze River. The water bodies' self-purification ability of reservoir area has been weakened obviously. Pollution in some branches is relatively serious. In addition, the consciousness of environmental protection in the reservoir area is still relatively weak. Water environment has been somewhat destroyed artificially and soil erosion is also being aggravated further. Therefore, the ecological environment current situations in the reservoir area of Three Gorges and the trend of development in the future have already attracted international and domestic extensive concerns. With the development of industry, the most important and urgent scientific research task is to utilize and dispose the industrial wastes in reservoir area.A large amount of investigation and researches have been done, including sorting of the industries in the reservoir area of Three Gorges (Chongqing) and their regional distribution; the quantity of the immigrant enterprise and the migrating principle of enterprises in reservoir area; current situation about the types, distribution, quantity of disposing capacity of industrial wastes (solid waste, liquid waste, gas waste) in Three Gorges, the upper reaches zone and influencing area; and the extent of injury and possible consequences to the ecological environment of reservoir area especially to water environment. In this thesis, the technology and successful experience of recycles and harness disposal of industrial waste in domestic and abroad have also been systemly discussed. On the basis of investigation, this article proposes thoughts of environment protection, treatment and technological countermeasure of industrial waste disposal and reuse; on the same time, strategic thoughts of the set up of different kinds of industries and the concrete tactics for the immigrant moving enterprise in reservoir area of Three Gorges are also proposed.Yunyang County has the biggest density of population in Three Gorges reservoir area, which has been chosen as an example in this thesis to do investigation. The existing conditions of discharging and disposing of industrial wastes in Yunyang county, technology transformation of immigration moving enterprise and technology conditionsof treatment process of municipal solid waste plant and sewage treatment plant in new city have been advanced. Deep research on technology transformation and pollution treatment in Yunyang new county garbage disposal field has been done. Hongqi cement plant, Nanxi thermal power plant, shuangfeng chemical plant (whose former name is phosphorus fertilizer factory) and white cat (Wanzhou Chongqing) Daily chemical limited company have also been investigated. Based on the results of investigation, the article puts forward the reference model, which can be applied in industry waste treatment, and the strategy thoughts and technological routes are also been proposed.Based on the sustainable development and the practice of Three Gorges reservoir, according to the policy of "developing tourism economy" and the urbanization process, preventing the pollution of industry waste should be the number one important thing. And technology method to guarantee social economic sustainable development is proposed. In the course of social economic development, the reuse of industry waste becomes the new growth engines in reservoir area, and this has a certain number of environment efficiency, economic efficiency and social efficiency, and it will ensure the economic development, social progress and environment protection go on in steps.
