Research On Constitution And Realization Methods Of Casting Network Service System

With the development and maturity of each technology, including network and communication, tool of network development, distributed processing, collaboration, and web database and so on, it is very important to build traditional casting software on web platform and provide specialized techniques service for casting enterprises through this network platform. Firstly, it can speed up advanced achievement popularized and applied. Secondly, it can change traditional casting productive pattern, help forming specialized enterprises, and improve their international ability of competition.On the basis of analyzing function requirement of the system, this paper has built the system architecture based on ASP and B/S mode. According to current technology of network and communication, users' levels and characteristics of each serving technique, this paper presents two implementation means: automatic service and man-intervening service. The system can provide comprehensive and multi-levels service through the two means.By analyzing several connecting ways between web server and database, this paper proposes adopting ASP and ADO to realize access to web database. It can take good advantage of their character, such as developing simply, little requirement to client and enabling function of web server completely.By analyzing MS DCOM and OMG CORBA, this paper proposes combining CORBA, Java and Web to realize remote casting defect analysis and casting CAE under the mean of automatic service, because CORBA has the character: "software bus" and it can make asynchronous systems inter-operated, which are based on different platform, different programming language and network protocol. According to the characteristics of man-intervening service, this paper proposes building casting collaborative platform, by which each work team can be organized to complete task that users submit. Mechanisms of system powers and task assignation of casting collaborative platform are realized by SQL Server 2000 and technology of ASP+ADO. Communication and share of drawing file are realized by current PDM software and technology of CORBA and Web.According to the theoretical studies above, a prototype system of casting network service has been established. The system can complete submission and collaborative procession of task under the mean of man-intervening service in Web browser. All those prove that the approaches proposed in the dissertation are feasible, moreover, accumulate rich experiences for the future research.
