The pipe shape, pipe fitting and support type of this paper designed are satisfied with the demand of craftwork, and with mechanical capability demands of equipment and materials. The thesis adopts SIMFLEX-II analysis program to analyses jacket hot tracing stress pipe. The calculation result proves that the design project can assure pressure piping work safely under the operating temperature and pressure. The information fed back from consumer proved that the pipeline worked very well. The pipeline, which this thesis designed completely, satisfied the demand of manufacture engineering and designing, and the consumers are satisfied with it.
