It is imperative that a great many motor gasoline corporations set out to upgrade their products. Because the situation of environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction is becoming increasingly serious, and the country gradually improves the requirement for the quality of oil products. This thesis aims to study and summarize the piping design and application of hydrodesulfurization reactor of FCC gasoline through presenting some petrochemical company gasoline quality upgrading revamp project.In this thesis, the author firstly analyze the current status of the quality of domestic motor gasoline, and then come up with the general idea of the certain petrochemical company gasoline quality upgrading on the basis of existing gasoline quality of this petrochemical company. And then ensure the general plan of "1.2 MTA FCC Gasoline Hydrogenation Unit". Summarize the current security status, point out the existing potential safety hazard in piping design that would influence the stable operation of unit. At last, the author make it clear that the idea of solving related problems starts with piping design and application of hydrogenation desulfurization reactor.This thesis briefly introduces the process scheme of the gasoline hydrogenation unit revamp, including process principle, process flow, raw material, the property and spefication of products and mass balance, etc.The thesis mainly completes the research and summary of piping design and application of hydrodesulfurization reactor, and briefly introduces the content of equipment design including material of reactor. And it also explains the equipment layout of reactor, layout of reactor structure and platform arrangement. All of them have significant impact on operation, maintenance and safety production, analyze and confirm the corrosion environment of reactor piping, complete the piping material selection that are crucial for the safety operation of piping system, and ensure the materials are both economical and effective. At the same time, this thesis describes the stress calculation and analysis of reactor piping combining the piping layout in order to make sure that the reactor piping meets the design requirement of process flow, safety and economical requirement for unit operation and maintenance.This thesis solves the problems existing in the design and operation of the unit through studying and summarizing the piping design and application of hydrodesulfurization reactor of FCC Gasoline, eliminates the hidden dangers which would have an detrimental impact on unit safety production, and therefore provides reference for the problem-solving of similar units.
