With the degradation of eco-environment ,the restoring and rehabilitating of regional ecological& economic system has attracted more and more attention in china, The upper reaches of the Minjiang River is one of the typical vulnerable ecotones in our country, while the eco-environment vulnerability has had serious affect on the implementation of the sustainable development strategy in this area. This article was mainly talking about the main eco-environmental problems, the formation principle and evolution pattern of vulnerable eco-environment in this region and the measure of restoring and rehabilitating. it's important to guide the river basin's economical development and ecological environment construction. The article includes seven portions, which content is as follows:(1) Expound the meaning ,main content of the article(2) Introduce the process in ecological vulnerability research on abroad and domestic, and conclude the intention, cause of formation and measure of ecological vulnerability. Besides pose some problem in this field.(3) Analyzing the eco-environment characteristic of upper reaches of Minjiang River from nature& economy aspect. Put forward some the main eco-environmental problems in this region.(4) Research the cause of formation of vulnerable eco-environment in upper reaches of Minjiang River. it employs method of factor analysis& target regressive measure, discusses and analyzes this regional eco-environment vulnerability driving mechanism, definites six major driving factor.(5) Based on the history evolution process of upper reaches of Minjiang River, by means of cluster analysis research this regional history evolution pattern& space distribution structure.(6) From above mentioned, it puts forward some new measurement of ecological restoring and rehabilitating of upper reaches of Minjiang River.(7) Finally, this research has been summarized.
