Cotton is an important economic crop,and also one of pillar industries of cotton growers.The mechanization and automation of cotton industrialization is of great significance.This topic is a link of the intelligent control system of the mechanical and electrical integration of the cotton farm industry.It is the dynamic weighing of the similar products such as cotton,data collection and related data processing.It mainly focuses on the dynamic weighing and data processing of the similar products such as cotton.Because of the error caused by the traditional weighing method such as cotton and other similar products,this design cotton dynamic weighing system is an on-line dynamic weighing system.The design gives the data acquisition and processing of the instantaneous flow and accumulative flow of the speed sensor in the working process of the weighing system.The system uses the multi roller scale frame structure and the Ramsay IC.S series suspension sensor,this type of sensor has high precision,combined with scale frame structure and high precision A/D conversion circuit to improve the measuring precision and system stability of the weighing system.The core of the hardware system is the use of AT89S52 MCU controller to achieve automatic monitoring of the system.The weigher weight sensor is used to collect data,and then the data is processed accordingly;the parameters of the man-machine interface are set,the operation is monitored,and the corresponding weighing data and dynamic weighing process can be displayed.The system has communication function and can realize the network monitoring;the history data query can be used to print correlation according to the demand.Data.Finally,the experiment proves that the whole weighing system can carry on dynamic real-time weighing,data collection,calculation and processing,database storage and real-time data display on the cotton conveyed on the conveyer belt.Finally,through the field application of the design,experiments and data tests are carried out to find the law of the existence of measurement error and active noise.Countermeasures should be taken to effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of weighing measurement.At the same time,the design of the dynamic weighing system has the advantages of high accuracy,reliable operation and simple and convenient operation of the weighing system.Compared with the traditional weighing device,the dynamic weighing system has fast and accurate measurement speed,and it is easy to realize automatic control.Compared with other similar products,the market share is high.
