Electric power is playing a more important role in society, with the accelerative development of modern industry nowadays. And it contributes to the rapid increase of electric tools. Now, we are all convinced that it can improve work efficiency, whereas have to admit the defect in its heaviness or unsafe factor.It is an important task to improve the safety and portability of electric tools. Therefore, it is significant for us to design optimized middle frequency power supply.This article presents some approaches to supply the middle frequency electric tools. After comparing advantages with disadvantages, the paper ultimately projects an optimum method. The related theory and the process of design are explained. The experiment is carried out, which obtains perfect results. The power supply can provide appropriate electricity for the related middle frequency electric tools, of which performance is excellent.
