Design Of The Base And Subsystem For 600 HP Plunger Pump Equipment

With the constant exploitation of onshore oil-gas well,the production are gradually decreasing.To meet the needs of economic production,it becomes more and more important to increase production of original oil-gas well and repair them.Workover rig is one common type among this kind of equipment,while as core part of workover rig,mud circulating pump unit gets more and more attentions.But the traditional design of these pump unit has some shortages,such as poor structure,low transmission efficiency,inconvenient field operating control,etc.In view of above shortages in design,this paper discusses a new type of pump unit with compact transmission form and convenient control.Taking service conditions into full consideration improves operability of equipment,realizes integration of monitoring system,and minimizes labor intensity of operator.The paper makes detailed introduction in equipment selection,system analysis,structure design,force analysis,performance testing,etc.It has great significance to the similar products.
