This dissertation mainly introduces the application of the single chip computer in the high-temperature resistance stove control system in the center for integrated engineering.The designing of the hardware circuit and the editing and the debugging of the whole software in the temperature control system is presented in this paper. In order to ensure the control accuracy, it also discusses the cold junction compensation of the thermocouple, and the non-linear correction also be researched, and this paper put forward a cold junction compensation method use the integrated temperature sensor AD590 and a muti-segment non-linear correction method.Furthermore, the dynamic characteristic of the electric heating furnace is analyzed in this paper, it summarizes the theory which is applied in the electric heating furnace and discusses their advantages and defects. Then, it studied the different control effect of the three control regulation: Proportional control, Integration control and Differential control in the increment PID algorithm. Based on that, it discusses the integration-detached PID algorithm and the integration-segmented PID algorithm, and finally apply the integration-segmented PID algorithm to the temperature control system. then the simulation of the temperature control system is done with SIMULINK of MATLAB software., and the reliability of the system is good. Finally, according to the workshop environment, many techniques involve reliability, field anti-jamming are discussed to ensure the controller run firmly under the complicated industrial environment.
