Landfill leachate is a kind of organic waste water which component is very complex. With super toxicity landfill leachate will cause high pollution of water and soil and destroy the environment unless it is disposed.In the new techniques for the landfill leachate disposal, electrochemistry is recognized for its simple operation and no secondary pollution. And eletro-flocculate can deposit a great deal of organic component and mineral when degrading the organic component. However, in the past investigation and exploration, we always meet the difficulty that electricity cost too much, which caused by the rapid polarization and passivation of the dissolubility metal pole. So the method could not be applied in cosmically industry.In allusion to the difficulties, this paper brings forward a brand new electrochemistry method for landfill leachate, makes a magnetism-electro reaction equipment, adopts low pressure, low frequency, periodic pulse electrolyse, almost conquers the polarization and passivation of the dissolubility metal pole. And the method boosts up the selective movement of the electric ion by the "magnetic churn up" caused by magnetic field, then improves the electrolyse efficiency.The most target of the paper is to explore and study the possibility and rule that established by magnetic-field low pressure, low frequency, periodic pulse electrolyse. Then integrating with the magnetic field, the paper studies the strengthen effect of landfill leachate that caused by magnetic field, explores the change rule of degrade, looks after the best condition dealing with landfill leachate, and settles the theory and practise basic of the new method and equipment. The experiment studies the degrade rule of fresh landfill leachate in Erfei mountain garbage plant in wuhan and the aged landfill leachate in Liufang garbage plant, when the pole is aluminium and ironwork. The result indicates that: in the same response condition, the COD remove rate of aged landfill leachate is 10.98% higher than fresh landfill leachate, the remove rate of ammonia and azote is 4.01% lower than fresh landfill leachate, the degrade effect of magnetic-field cooperate with electric field is better than the single electric field, the remove rate of COD and ammonia and azote improve 14.2% and 7.41%. The bestcombined condition of magnetic field and electric field show that when the maximal instantaneous density is 500A/m2, cycle for change the pole is 3 seconds, the intensity of magnetic field is 0.080T, the response time is 90 minutes, the COD remove rate of aged landfill leachate is 67.85%, and the remove rate of ammonia-N is 85.64%; the COD remove rate of fresh landfill leachate is 56.87%, and the remove rate of ammonia-N is 89.65%. So the integrate conclusion of the paper is that magnetic field cooperated with the periodic pulse electrolyse shows good effect in the aspect of remove COD and ammonia-N, and it can be abroad applied as the supply method for biology manage.
