The Pollution Controlling Research Of The Hydraulic System In Mine Truck

The subject of this paper is the method of pollution control in large transportation equipment used in strip mine in bad condition.At first, it is explained in this paper that the basic theory of hydraulic system pollution control and the interrelated literatures and methods. Then we proposed the main types and source of the equipment pollution and the malfunctions resulting from that through the result of experiment. A whole inspection system of hydraulic system was built, and by the system we recorded the data of two types of hydraulic systems. And on the basis of the data, we analyzed the pollution conditions of the hydraulic system in use and after inspection and the course of adding new oil. By the result of the analysis, we built up a whole control system of hydraulic system in practice. Finally, we got five important conclusions, and opened up prospects in five aspects.
