With the pushing of global information, the steel industry also enter into the digital and informational ages. Ironmaking is an important part in the whole industry. The quality and quantity of its product (pig iron) will influence the steelmaking directly, even the whole steel industry. In the ironmaking, the burden distribution of material will effect the produce of the blast furnace. Hence, forecasting the figure of material in the furnace becomes an important content to realize the automatization of the production.Theoretically, the volume distribution model in the helix instance is founded through studying the ring charging, especially the helix process. And studying the burden distribution of material in any instance detailedly, the method to solve model is founded. In the end, based on the charging model, the optimize system of charging is established, namely, the best charging system would be searched to achieve the ideal burden distribution of material and the ratio of ore to coke.Combining compute technique, a software about the charging of bell-less is developed to simulate the process of the blast furnace charging, then make the burden distribution of material visible. It provides a foundation for the depth development of charging model.
