The detail description of chemical component is the key of tobacco quality factor. While the factor's establishment can not be finished efficiently only by basic chemical component implement now. So the new analyzing content should be explored for the research of relation between component and quality. On the base of chemical component implement now(Total sugar, TKN, Nicotine, Chloride, Potassium), adding new analyzing items-Ammonia and Total Volatile Base etc. With the AutoAnalyzer3 we determine the component in Baofeng Hanan NC89 tobacco of Total sugar, TKN, Nicotine, Chloride, Potassium, Ammonia and Total Volatile Base with the method of Continuous Flow. Got the correlation of the different chemical component to the tobacco leaf position, color and quality factor. And also research the sugar/TKN ratio, sugar/alkaloid ratio, potassium/chloride ratio etc. The chemical components of 60 kinds of the tobacco in Baofeng are analyzed and three main factors are extracted in this paper .The cluster analysis and comprehensive are made to the tobacco by using the factors score. The conclusion will provide scientific theoretical basis for identifying and evaluating the variety of tobacco. And all of these is the basic work for the feasible of tobacco commercial classification.
