The chromatography printing-machine is one of the capital equipment of glassware deep processing equipments. Its function is to print the hot plasticity frit on the glassware, then send it into roast kiln to make the pattern solidified. Thus the user can get their needed patterns and trade marks, and realize the goal that the glassware is decorated and appreciated.At present, the printing level and precision of domestic chromatography printing-machine is lagging, and the products are difficult to meet the user's demands. At homeland, as to the thing that the analysis and research of the chromatography printing-machine of glassware still belong to the blank.Four chromatography printing-machine of glassware is designed by our research group on the basis of domestic three chromatography printing-machine and the foreign model. Regarding the four chromatography printing-machine as the main research object, the author has introduced the principle of the screen printing and illustrated the main structure and operation principle of chromatography printing-machine in this paper. In addition, the main factors influencing printing precision have been analyzed, which have offered certain reference for actual design of printing-machine. The virtual design and virtual assembly of the printing-machine and structure analysis, movement analysis and emulation of relevant parts have been carried on by UG software. Parametric design system and human-computer interaction interface have been compiled by GRIP language, MenuScript and secondary development technology of UG, the application of the advanced design method can improve the designer's working efficiency and precision of parts;the relation between pattern on network board and pattern in glassware has been analyzed through the relation between glassware and its plane explosion views, and corresponding mathematics relational expressions have been derived, the software varying the pattern on network board has been compiled by VC++ language, which offers the basis and consult for design work of pattern designer.
