| Cigarette label is an important part of cigarette packaging.Due to the special commodity attributes and high added value of cigarettes,cigarette labels not only meet the high-quality packaging molding technology and packaging protection functions,but also have good artistic,cultural and brand attributes and unique anti-counterfeiting functions.In the design of Yunlong cigarette label,the special surface effect "ice hammer pattern" is adopted as the artistic effect and anti-counterfeiting function of it.The original design uses offset printing and screen printing to produce,which makes Yunlong cigarette label products difficult to meet the market demand.According to the production demand of this cigarette label,a new process based on BOBST gravure printing machine was put forward,which forming Yunlong cigarette label with high-speed gravure printing and UV integration,and did something to meet the production demand of this cigarette label.Firstly,the surface characteristics and production process of Yunlong cigarette label were analyzed,and the printing and post-press processes of it were sorted out.The offset printing production process and gravure production equipment of cigarette label production enterprises were investigated.After combing and analyzing,a new process of integration of gravure printing and UV for Yunlong cigarette label was put forward.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the production process parameters and equipment structure space of BOBST gravure printing machine,it is proposed to install UV printing and photo-curing units at the tail of BOBST gravure printing machine to form an equipment transformation plan.According to the principle of the best integrity,the evaluation system and Matlab software are used to find the best combination plan,and Solidworks software is used to establish a three-dimensional solid model of equipment transformation,so as to refine the specific installation position of UV printing and photo-curing equipment.Then,based on the modified equipment,the online production process parameters of Yunlong cigarette label are sorted out,and the experimental scheme of process parameters integrating gravure printing and UV is worked out.The production process parameters affecting Yunlong cigarette label are tested and the quality parameters and effects of the cigarette label are tested.After many times of adjustment of production process parameters and experiments,the best production parameters are as follows: the depth of printing roller hole is 70μm,the printing speed is 130m/min,the viscosity of freezing ink is 21 ″ ~ 22 ″(heated at 80℃ in water bath),the working power of UV ignition lamp is 80%(1*480W),and the working power of curing lamp is80%(3*8KW).Finally,the production process and efficiency of Yunlong cigarette label integrated by gravure printing and UV after transformation are compared with those of offset printing screen printing.Yunlong cigarette label produced by the "gravure +UV" integrated process fully meets the requirements of various technical indicators and safety and health indicators of product proofs,and the packaging molding performance of users is good.The number of production process has been reduced from 7 to 4,the production efficiency has been increased by 6 times,and the similarity between product ice hammer and process proofs has reached more than 95%,meeting the production needs of enterprises for Yunlong cigarette label.In this thesis,the efficient production process of Yunlong cigarette label is taken as the research object.By analyzing the production demand of enterprises,process innovation and integrated transformation of existing equipment,new functions are given to the equipment on the basis of keeping its original functions,and the production of new processes and new products is realized with less capital investment,which provides beneficial exploration and practice for the transformation of existing equipment of enterprises and valuable reference for similar research. |
