Design And Development Of City Garbage Information System Based On COM Technology

Nowadays, with the development of city's construction, the increment of the city's population and the exaltation of resident's live level, garbage becomes more and more. So to collect and manage the information of garbage becomes more difficult.Therefore, with the hydrology, geology environment data and present garbage treatment condition informations, applying "3s" technique to establish city bargbage management database has important meaning for timely and dynamically renovating managing consulting analying various geology environment information of city garbage's handle and location.The development of software technology mechanism, especially the advent of object-oriented programming idea and component object model (COM) technology, bring new methods of developing software for all application systems including GIS. This paper researches "City Garbage Management Information System Based on COM Technology "design scheme in detail, accomplishment method and key technology. The main content can be summarized as follows:1. Analysis the special requirement and the resource information feature of city garbage.2. Design the technology schema and the framework of "City Garbage Management Information System "and the plan about how to divide the functional model, how to organize the data, how to construct database.3. Research the implementation method for main function in system, the flow of constructing databas.4.Take the data of Beijing city zone an example, develop the "City Garbage Management Information System in Beijing" based on "City Garbage Information System ".After complete the research, I designed the classified and coding system about tourism resources, put forward the scheme for design and integration of city garbage information system based on COM, designed the structure of spatial and attribute database for the city garbage data.The mainly problems which are solved are as follows: the integration of city garbage spatial information, the professional query and analysis of city garbage spatial information, the symbolization of city garbage spatial information, data standardization, data edit and data management. At present, the principal parts of "Information System for City Garbage"has been completed, and used in Beijing.
