Research On The Issues Of Classified Processing Of Chinese City Life Garbage

Garbage classification has already become an indispensable part in the process of sustainable development and recycling of resources. The issues of the fasting growth of Chinese city life garbage and the low ratio of garbage recycling have become increasingly serious. Thus, garbage classification and recycling are imperative. This article takes the city garbage classification and recycling as the research object, adopting research methods like literature analysis, quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and cases analysis to study the current situation of the garbage classification and recycling in modern city life and finds out the reasons and problems which restrict the garbage classification and recycling. Combined with the foreign successful experience in city life garbage classification, the article analyzes the origin of the problems of city life garbage classification and recycling and puts forward some suggestions that will improve city life garbage classification and recycling. To some extent, classification of garbage processing is beneficial to solve resource and environmental problems which caused by China’s economic growth.Garbage classification collection is the precondition and guarantee for resources recycling; it is the effective way to change the waste into renewable resource. It is easy to conduct harmless disposal for classification collection and to reduce secondary pollution to the environment. Moreover, it is an important premise to realize garbage ecology. Based on the integration of concepts of the existing city life garbage, the article applies related theories of ecological philosophy and defines the concept of the city garbage classification from the perspective of philosophy; then summarizes the characteristic and significance of the city life garbage classification disposal and introduces the criteria for the classification in details. Through the in-depth analysis of the present situation of Beijing and Shanghai’s disposal of garbage, the article discusses the feasibility and development obstacle of city life garbage classification and analyses the obstacle factors in details. Through the analysis of the methods and operation system of Japan, the United States and Germany, the author summarizes their successful experience and finally puts forward some related suggestions which are suitable to China.
