| Clothes tags often have to record excessive and miscellaneous information, and the existing identifying methods for clothing have many disadvantages. In order to satisfy the demands of mass products for modern clothing enterprises, we bring forward a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology based WEB management system for clothing identification. In this paper, we store the basic information of clothes in RFID responders, and develop a WEB-based clothing management system for RFID responders.Firstly, we make a survey on the current situation of both clothing identification techniques and RFID technology. Then we bring forward a RFID technology based WEB management system for clothing identification, and design a framework for the system. We also study on the function, buildup, and application domain of the system, and discuss the load and security requirement of the system, and give some solution strategy for them.Secondly, we talk about the principle circuit for a low frequency reader, including control and processing module, front-end of the radio frequency module, and the communication module, etc. We also protract the printed circuit board based on the circuit, and implement the software for the hardware according to different module such as reading/writing, identifying, checking, and acting.Thirdly, we study the anti-collision technology in RFID system. We propose a anti-collision solution based on P-Aloha protocol, and try to analyze the method with the M/D/1 model in queuing theory. As a result, we obtain a mathematical equation among the probability of repeating, the number of tags, the Poisson parameter of the sending process of one tag, and the size of the reader's buffer. And, we discuss the application of this equation in the design of the RFID system. After that, we analyze this model to show its validity by using Matlab program. We also implement a Java platform to show the communication process of the RFID system.Next, we study on the communication middleware in the RFID system. In the RFID based WEB system, we have to make the various software system work on the hardwaresystem with different operating systems and programs written in different software. So we design a middleware for communication, which includes the building of framework, communication protocols, and important interfaces.After that, we implement the whole system by combing the above research results. We discuss the requirement, and build the static structure model, dynamic action model, and physical model. Also, we implement the software system by using JSP and JavaBean, and make it work with the hardware system successfully.Finally, we conclude our work and then make a prospect and plan for the further studies on hardware, software and anti-collision technology. |
