Petrochemical product inventory management has always been the core content of petrochemical production and storage companies.Due to the particularity of the petrochemical storage environment,on the one hand,many petrochemical products are highly toxic and highly corrosive products,and traditional barcodes are easily destroyed and polluted;on the another hand,the petrochemical product library has a large number of products and mixed storage,and manual operation results in inefficiency,high error rate,and inventory management mode is not perfect.RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology provides a new opportunity to solve the above problems.However,the accuracy of RFID technology to identify high-volume labels in petrochemical inventories will decrease as the number of product tags increases,this brings new challenges to the promotion and application of this technology.The key to improving the identification efficiency of RFID systems in petrochemical inventory high-volume product tags lies in the design of tag anti-collision algorithms in RFID technology.Aiming at the speciality of petrochemical products in large quantities,this paper proposes two improved RFID anti-collision algorithms,and designs the system to verify the two algorithms.(1)In the deterministic anti-collision algorithm,by defining the "0" or "1" decision principle,an improved packet anti-collision algorithm based on query tree(IGQT)is proposed,which improves the algorithm flow and steps,and theoretically reduce the total number of time slots of the system,and improve the throughput of the RFID system,break through the bottleneck value of the traditional algorithm system throughput rate of about 38%.Experimental verification shows that the IGQT algorithm improves the recognition rate of the whole system and increases the system throughput rate to about 62%.(2)In the aspect of random anti-collision algorithm,by defining the grouping principle of large-scale tags,an optimized dynamic packet anti-collision algorithm based on frame time slot(IDGFSA)is proposed.In the case of petrochemical stocks with large quantities of miscellaneous labels,the label obtains the optimal number of identifications by the grouping principle,eliminating the problems of low recognition efficiency and collision time slots due to the large number of labels.Through simulation experiments,the IDGFSA algorithm increases the system throughput rate to about 67%.(3)This paper designs and develops a petrochemical inventory management systembased on RFID.It uses MATLAB and Eclipse to realize the basic functions of information management,personnel management and performance simulation test of improved inventory management system.The simulation results of both algorithm have achieved the expected results..
