With the development of J2EE (Java 2nd Enterprise Edition), it becomes the mainstream of developing distributed N-tires enterprise applications, people have obtained a lot of helpness and benefit from it , and at the same time they also have to face so much challenges for using J2EE. How to construct a stable, efficient and satisfing J2EE appliction becomes the chief problem of enterprise distributed application development by now. This paper associates with the research in a electron government affair project, bases on the design and implemntation thinking of distributed N-tires applications, and brings forward a concept of basic distributed N-tires J2EE system platform. Then I researchs and develops following this idea, and implements the basic platform which spans the system construction layers. At the same time , the paper discribes in detail the concrete construction technology and implemntation processes of every layer in the system from presentation layer, logic layer to data persistence layer. In this paper, it gives emphasis to the research of concept and technology implementation of a basic distributed N-tires J2EE system platform. This platform elevates compactness of the whole system, and strengthens consistency of the diffierent layers in the system , so you can develop a J2EE application quickly based on the mature basic platform. The author develops a full set of technology framework for each layer in the J2EE technology framework by researching and developing this electron government affair project, integrites the diffierent layers relationship and consistency by the globe scope consider, and constructs and implements a quick enterprise distributed framework based on the J2EE. This framework becomes the basic service platform in constructing a new J2EE system. With the development of this platform, the author uses a lot of design pattern to construct the program architecture, and develops a EJB module which can implement transaction boundary freely for processing the complex database transactions. This EJB module is a Session EJB that be constructed using DA0(Data Access Object) design patter, there is also a data transfer object which implements the JDBC RowSet specification in the EJB module.
