| Chemical Process Simulator for Training System is important in petrochemical enterprise for training operators, evaluating installations, improving efficiency and avoiding possibility of trouble.Great changes have taken place in the related areas of computer science with the rapid development of computer science, communication technology and Internet/Intranet application. The Web-based application systems become popular in Chemical Process Simulator for Training System, which have the advantage of strong removability, simple interface and easy management. Web-based distributed simulation technology is the main direction in present simulation technology. It's a new research area that how the Web technology is put into the traditional chemical process simulator to develop an open, safe and remote Chemical Process Simulator for Training System. The author research, analysis and make use of object-oriented software designing and developing technology, Browser/Server Architecture system, Java-based J2EE platform technology, UML(Unified Modeling Language) and traditional simulation modeling technology to design and implement a Web-based Internet Chemical Process Simulator for Training System. The highlight of the Training System is the Browser/Server Architecture that fit for the present computer technology and network system, compared with the Traditional Training System of the Client/Server Architecture. The Taining System Module is comprised of Model Simulation, Problem Library, Coach Workstation, Student Workstation, Control Center Workstation and Locale Workstation, which has the advantage of strong cohesion and weak coupling.During the developing training system, we paid great attention to simulating dynamic chemical process and workstation's interface that are important for simulating a real installation. The Training System has the advantage of easily maintaining, compatibility, efficiency, safety and friendliness, which give trainees the ability to master all kinds of operating skills and to learn a good related knowledge. |
