A Study On Valuation Of Water Pollution Situation In The Towns Of The South Of Jiangsu Province & Pollution Control Counter Plan

With the quick development of society, economy and cities, there have been more and more towns. Town construction has played an important role in city development. Much agricultural, life and industrial sewage was discharged into rivers directly or indirectly. It's the main reason of water pollution. Especially in the areas with developed economy, there is much challenge in water pollution control. Take the south of Jiangsu Province for example, the water in the upriver is popularly polluted in large & medium cities. " Countryside surrounds city" appears in water pollution. Industrial and life sewage takes 40 percentage in what the Taihu Lake gets every year. The towns face serious water pollution challenge especially from chemical industry and dyeing industries. Though the enterprises have perfect facilities to control pollution, they can discharge sewage according to standard without artificial effect. Because water pollution includes water environment capacity, agricultural pollution and etc., water pollution is very serious today. People paid attention to water pollution since 1970's. National Environment Protection Bureau has done some research in water pollution control of towns from the sixth Five-Year-Plan.In this article, I pay more attention to the concrete traits. Take Tangqiao Town Zhangjiagang City Jingsu Province for example, I get the water pollution present situation and give it a total valuation. At the same time, I submit concrete water pollution control counter plans for industrial, life and agricultural sewage. So on the one hand, we can protect environment and promote economy development. On the other hand, we can make economy develop in harmony with environment.
