Studies have found that the chemical structure of flavonoides in bamboo leaves has resembled with flavonoides in ginkgo biloba L. They both have obvious function of antioxidation , eliminate free radicle and regulate hemo lipid . This paper use bamboo leaves as the research object ,to the traditional alcohol extraction, made the extracting agent, leaching time, the compare of liquid and solid, leaching temperature been the mostly complication in this paper, and pretended the experiment likeL9(34). We have got the best technics is this: the extracting agent is 50% grain alcohol, leaching time is 3 hours, the rate of solid and liquid is 1:20, leaching temperature is 80°C. Put forward a new multiple extraction which combine super critical C02 extraction with traditional alcohol extraction in normal temperature, then compare it with traditional alcohol extraction in normal temperature, we found that the new extraction technique display a higher extraction rate. Through static absorption performance and disabsorption performance experiment, we screen out H103 macroporous resin as the adsorption carrier, the static absorption quantity can reach 112. 55mg/g dry resin, elution rate can reach 83.6%, we sublimated the rough extraction fluid by using the H103 adsorption resin and confirm the adsorb velocity of flow is 2BV/h. initialize concentration is 11.1567 mg/ml, the deal capability is 490ml, the absorption quantity can reach 112. 55mg/g; The flavonoids can be desorbed by using 540ml 70% grain alcoholin velocity of flow of 1BV/h, the elution rate can reach 89%, the flavonoids content of purified product reach 53. 6%. The paper also analyzed the operation and reason of rock oil-aether and diatomite. And qualitative analysis of the extracts what was made by the reagent like FeCl3, the dense H2SO4 Ed. At last ,we discussed flavonoids' impress, made sure that distill fluid was flavone , and it has -OH, -OCH3 or sugar in C3*,C4*,C3,C4, C5.With quercetin as standard, separate out two different bamboo leaf flavonoids at least by HPLC. At last, we use grease as stuff to determine the Antioxidative capability of purified product.
