With the development of architectural concrete shuttering panel industry in our country, the dominant position of wood shuttering panel and steel shuttering panel is replaced by wood-based panel gradually, which moves towards the diversity of the material. Consequently the study uses Salix as raw material, which is abundant in north-west region of our country, grinds and presses it into wood bunch, adding the phenol-formaldehyde resin as adhesive to obtain three-layer vertically formed substrate under the laboratory condition, and then finishes it with veneer, phenol-formaldehyde resin treated paper as well as phenol-formaldehyde resin treated hard fibreboard to use the finished Salix recomposing composite as concrete shuttering panel. The study first adopts the single-factor experimental method to make exploring experiments to research on the effect of the quality distributing ratio of the exterior layer and the interior layer during wood bunch's forming, ways of spreading adhesive on substrate's property, also, the relationship between the adhesive-soaking weight and adhesive-soaking time and thickness of the adhesive. On the basis of this, the study determines the preferable technical parameters when pressing substrate through the crosss experiments, meanwhile, analysing the impact of various technical parameters on the performance of substrate, which was followed by research on the secondary processing of substrate, which results in the determination of the single-use surface overlaid technique with veneer and phenol-formaldehyde resin treated paper as well as with phenol-formaldehyde resin treated hard fibreboard. The results show that, substrate's structure, way of spreading adhesive, the amount of adhesive added,hot-pressing temperature, hot-pressing time are essential technical parameters which affect the property of substrate. By surface-overlaid on substrate, the problems can be effectively solved, which are caused by the poor surface quality of substrate, the great difference existing between the transverse and longitudinal strength and rigidity, high water-soaking thickness swell in order to satisfy the requirement of concrete shuttering panel. The results of the technique researches display that, it is feasible technically to use Salix to manufacture finished recomposing composite as concrete shuttering panel.
