Having rearranged the molecule composed a kind of ambient cure fluoride acrylic polyurethane resin was composed. The distribution of the fluorinated member was examined in the surface of fluororesin film with x-ray photoelectron spectrometry(XPS). The contact angle of the film and pure water was measured. The purified resin, in which the fluorinated equi-polymer and fluorine monomer had been eliminated, was surveyed with fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR). Hence, the molecular constitution could deduced, and the conventional properties of the fluorocarbon coating was examined. The results showed during the cured of the fluororesin, the fluorinated radical stretched on the interface of the air and the polymeric substance, which could protect the inner molecule of the polymeric substance better; low-fluorinate modified fluororesin was provide with excellent weatherability and corrosion resistance.
