Pesticides can be divided into many parts, such as pesticides, acaricide, fungicides and herbicides. Having highly efficient, broad spectrum and inward-absorbent, triazole compounds, which are mainly used to prevent epiphyte, play a great role in fungicide. Developing novel structural triazole compounds is the research focus at present. In this paper, we have reviewed the recent advances in the studies on the structures, synthesis, action mechanism, structure-activity relationship and biological activities of triazoles. Different active groups of action mechanism were inducted into the triazole compounds according to the concept of bioisosterism. Piperidine ring and Schiff base were introduced into the structures of triazoles compounds and seventeen novel triazole compounds were synthesized in two types. They are summarized as follows:Their structures were confirmed by means of ~1H NMR, IR, MS, EA and X-ray determination (three single crystals of these compounds were obtained). Biological activities were also researched and all the compounds were found to show some fungicidal activities and plant growth regulation activities, but the fungicidal activities are not high.
