Pesticides can be divided into many parts, such as pesticides(acaricides), fungicides and herbicides. Having highly efficient, broad spectrum and inward-absorbent, triazole compounds, which are mainly used to prevent and cure epiphyte, play a great role in fungicide. And many of them have been developed and used as fungicides. Different structures of triazole compounds have different biological activities, and developing novel structural triazole compounds is the research focus at present.In this paper, we have reviewed the recent advances in the studies on the structures, synthesis, action mechanism, structure-activity relationship and biological activities of triazoles, and active groups of different action mechanism were inducted into the triazole compounds according to the concept of bioisosterism. Twenty-four triazole compounds were synthesized in three types. They are summarized as follows:Their structures were confirmed by means of EA, MS, IR, ~1H NMR and X-raydetermination(two single crystals of these compounds were obtained).
