Procyanidins (Proanthocyanidins) are an important class of naturalantioxidant which can protect the human body from free radicals andsuppressing the tumour , resisting and luring the ability to change, still havespecial efficiency of improving human body's little circulation at the sametime. Nitraria Sibirica Pall was used as raw materials and Proanthocyanidinswas extracted with 60% ethanol solution in this paper. The single factorexperiment have confirmed through that draws the plain individual craftparameter of original cyanine from the Nitraria Sibirica Pall. The optimumextraction parameters were obtained through quaternion bis currencycurcumgyrate design. Based on the maximum absorption of the sample liquid and the standardcurve,the content of procyanidins in Nitraria Sibirica Pall. was obtained .It was582.58μg/g.3. The physics and chemistry nature of procyanidins research indicate that thestability of procyanidins in Nitraria Sibirica Pall. is better in lower temperatureand must avoid the light.4. The qualitative research of the Nitraria Sibirica Pall were carried outthrough UV spectrophotometer and HPLC analysis. It is a dimer combinedwith catechin and epicatechin and not destroied by ultrasonic.5.The POV of procyanidins was compared with VE's and Vc's byTitrimetric method of sodium thiosulphate.
