Numerical control roller grinding machine is mainly used to grinding of rolling steel, metallurgy, non-ferrousmetal processing, paper making, rubber and printing etc. Processing of all work roller,supporting roller, pressing beam, oven etc. applicable to grinding process of cylindrical roller,convex-concave roller and random curve roller.In addition, It is either used for large cylindrical grinding machine.In order to improving grinding accuracy and efficiency of numerical roller grinding machine, Improving competition of numerical control roller grinding machine in market,The development work of high speed and high efficiency numerical control roller grinding machine is necessary.The priority of development is grinding head system, it is that increase electrical machines of grinding machine spindle and improve grinding linear speed,grinding accuracy and efficiency etc.Thesis is based on common numerical roller grinding (MK84100) in a machine tool company,In order to satisfying the requirement of high speed and high efficiency grinding head, An-across improvement and development about gringing head of numerical control roller grinding machine is implied.Thesis include:slection about. grinding technological parameters;development about drive program of spindle system; analysis and calculation about rigidity,resist vibration properities and running accuracy of spindle system; development about bearing program of spindle system; analysis and calculation about bearing properities; intensive study and vast analysis and calculation about cooling and fence of wheel slide was implied, consequently, the construction scheme about grinding system development of high speed and high efficiency roller grinding machine was comfirmed.The major of this subject is analysis and calculation about grinding head spindle system bearing(hybrid hydrodynamic/hydrostatic journal bearing).thesis calculate and contrast in detail by way of engineering algorithm andnumerical solutions all properities indicator about hybrid hydrodynamic/hydrostatic journal bearing of commomand high speed and high efficiencynumerical control grinding machine, modelling tohybrid hydrodynamic/hydrostatic journal bearing,numerical solutions in MATLAB software,Moreover, thesis keep project device and cooling supply system,in addition, increase low pressure cooling fluidsystem and low pressure a heavy outflow nozzle,increase air aerial current guide device,so as to getting better cooling effect.In order to improve explosion prevention strength and ensure thesafety when grinding wheelwork, grinding wheel canoe increase buffering cushion.The development of high speed and high efficiency numerical control roller machine provide some worthy thought for the development of high speed and high efficiency grinding machine in our country,it is very important for researching on high speed and high efficiency grinding at home on condition that is short of data.
