At present, oil film bearing in roll grinder is most widely used liquid hybrid bearing,it directly determines the performance of the roll grinder. In order to satisfy the working condition of the high speed roll grinding,Research and Development is the core to the high speed liquid hybrid bearing,and reveals its performance.According to the working requirements and performance characteristics of an adjustable liquid hybrid bearing, which can automatic regulation its structure according to the different load demand of high-speed roll grinder, so as to improve its application scope and operation efficiency. With this adjustable liquid hybrid bearing, This article has conducted the following specific research work.First of all, by comparing the structure characteristics and the suitable situation of the traditional structure of the sliding bearing with a new pattern of liquid hybrid bearing, the design direction of the bearing in this article is determined, and gets rid of the bondage of traditional design method to the liquid hybrid bearing, designed a new type of liquid hybrid bearing, By using performance verification test the bearing and heat dissipation of the adjustable liquid hybrid bearing were determined that it has a good performance.Secondly, the strength,stiffness and thermal characteristics while the ontology of this bearing was in the middle and the two extreme positions of the structure was studied of the structural performance by using finite element analysis software.The analysis indicated that strength and stiffness of the body structure could satisfy requirement while the ontology of this bearing was in the middle and the two extreme positions of the structure,and the temperature variation is within the allowable limits while platform is working.Then, Mode analysis of adjustable liquid hybrid bearing in the spindle system of high-speed roll grinder when the ontology of this bearing was in the middle and the two extreme positions of the structure was studied by means of finite element analysis method,The analysis indicated that natural frequencies of the high-speed liquid hybrid bearing focus on mainly the region of 5200Hz-6700 Hz and 2300Hz-6000 Hz, furthermore,all various order of natural frequencies No damages appeared Fundamental Frequency each order vibration mode is mainly presented as torsion deformation. Through mode analysis of adjustable liquid hybrid bearing in the spindle system of high-speed roll grinder, preliminary basis for vibration reducing analysis of the bearing is provided, and these have important significance for revealing further its dynamic performance.Analysis was studied of the structural performance by using finite element analysis software while the ontology of this bearing was in the middle and the two extreme positions of the structure on the basis of modal analysis. The analysis indicated that the maximum stress of the the ontology of this bearing is under the yield strength while it is under the frequency of resonance,so the application situation is safe in the condition. And we know that the risk frequency is 2700 Hz while the ontology of this bearing was in the three extreme positions of the structure,Through Static analysis of bearing when the frequency is 2700 Hz,that the maximum stress is beyond the bearing of the bearing material yield strength, the bearing will likely to be damaged, but the working frequency of bearing in the range of 340 Hz ~ 620 Hz is far from the risk of bearing point frequency under the actual working condition, it shows that adjustable liquid hybrid bearing in this paper is still in safety range while it is working.Through using the adopts excellent design method at home and abroad in this paper,and combined with the theoretical calculation and software,designed a new kind of adjustable liquid hybrid bearing.In order to test and verify the performance of the designed bearing at the same time, Stress-strain,thermal characteristics,mode analysis and harmonic response analysis of adjustable liquid hybrid bearing was studied by means of finite element analysis method,The analysis indicated the model of adjustable liquid hybrid bearing that designed not only performance meet the design requirements, and has the characteristics of high speed, efficient, long life,so the performance of this liquid hybrid bearing can satisfy for the spindle system of high-speed roll grinder,In some extent this conclusion lays a theoretical foundation in the key technology for the grinder cause in our country.
