In the forward to 21 century, the blast furnace technology will be improved in several fields: 1.injection coal and decrease coke rate, 2. Extending of BF campaign life .3. The new intensive process in blast furnace.4. The development of technology of conceration ore, oxygen rich blast and refine coke. Low coke rate is becoming the main hot point of advanced technology. The technology of beneficiated materials is improving the content of raw material and decrease ashes in coke. And it is the very important experience of obtaining low coke rate. So it is the main reason of great difference blast furnace output and coke rate. Especially blast furnace coal injection , the development of oxygen rich technology blast become more and more quickly. And it reduce the total fuel rate of blast furnace. We also pay attention to extending the campaign life and the intensive process in blast furnace. The combining of oxygen and coal injection can gain more and more output and decrease coke rate. The iron making guidance is that operational process is stab and smooth. All development of technology must ensure the normal production task. The modern technology of iron making is concluded as 9 words: "height % preparaed ores clean uniformity small stabilization, few lowness".As the base of BF material and heat balance, this thesis programmed the mathematic model for BF techno-economy figure. Using the production data, the theisis calculate gas blast volume and theory burning temperature and the techno-economy figure of BF,and can count several techno-economy figure and utilizing engery when one of parameters is varied.Oxygen rich blast can make gas decrease, theory burning temperature high. The paper programmed the model of oxygen and BF output .About 1% oxygen rich blast can increasing theory burning temperature 35-45. About 1% oxygen rich blast can increase 4.76% BF output. Then investigating can the relationship of oxygen price and hot metal cost.adopt the new oxygen rich blast, in nation at iron and steel plants,the purpos is increase coal rate . in order to improve coal rate.Combining the coal injection with oxygen process would be reach the high production and low coke rate in BF.This thesis also programmed the model of BF output and fine ore.
