The Research And Development Of System Software In The Knitting Machine Electronical Horizontal Movement

Knitting Machine electronical horizontal movement system is a kind of new technique for increasing the efficiency of Knitting Machine production. It replaces originally the ransmission of fabric type cam machine and converts fabric types with computer . It's operation is simple , adapting to the requirement of market transformation. At the same time, this economie the production cost as a result of avoiding the manufacturing process of fabric type cam. For increasing the production accuracy , the center transmission part of this system adopts the construction form of hydraulic pressure .This dissertation introduces the work principle of the terminal organization first, establishing the theory foundation for the follow-up compliing of type code and error origin .Via the introduction of the system hardware constitutes, it analyses the selection and use of key hardware .The text summarizes the software control flow of horizontal movement system.Then from the real time multitask angle , it introducts the constitutes of the software fuction module and explaines the key technology detailedly.Combining concrete picture ,this dissertation describe the realization of CNCsystem in detail and sum up some experiences and lessons from debugging which will lay a certain foundation for the future researchFinally,,this dissertation introduces the summary and the prospect of successive work of the project.
