With the acceleration of urbanization development these years, the impact of the human various activities on hydro- ecological environment is very serious, including landscape structure and function destroyed, biodiversity lowed and natural landscape disappeared, which make urban waterlog deteriorated and hydrologic environment polluted et. Based on the latest study of the urban stormwater management all over the world , illustrated with Yanshan River basin in Hangzhou, and according to the theory of the landscape ecology and urban hydrology, this dissertation quantitatively analyzes the relation between hydrologic balance structure in the natural condition in river basin and ecological mechanism of urban flood, water purified and esthetics value.
