With the acceleration of urbanization development these years, the impact of the human various activities on hydro- ecological environment is very serious, including landscape structure and function destroyed, biodiversity lowed and natural landscape disappeared, which make urban waterlog deteriorated and hydrologic environment polluted et. Based on the latest study of the urban stormwater management all over the world , illustrated with Yanshan River basin in Hangzhou, and according to the theory of the landscape ecology and urban hydrology, this dissertation quantitatively analyzes the relation between hydrologic balance structure in the natural condition in river basin and ecological mechanism of urban flood, water purified and esthetics value. From the holistic view of water environment of river basin integrated management and disaster prevention, by adjusting and regenerating new landscape pattern and function, this dissertation discusses the landscape ecological compensation system , which is beneficial to the improvement of urban water cycle maintenance of hydrologic-ecology and prevention of disaster, and thus provides a scientific guarantee for constructing a comfortable, pleasant, safe and efficient urban environment and achieving sustainable development。...
