In this paper, the chemical constituents and quality of Trifolium pratense L. and Dipsacus asperoides C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai were studied.Part one: Studies on the chemical constituents and quality of Trifolium pratense L.1 The preparation technology of the effective part of Trifolium pratense L. was discussed. The quantitative analysis method for the determination of the total isoflavone components was established.2 8 compounds were isolated by chromatography with silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 gel column, and then identified by physicochemical properties and structurally elucidated by spectral analysis. The compounds obtained were 1-octadecanol, 5-hydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyisoflavone, biochanin A, prunetin, formononetin, genistein, ononin and daidzein, respectively. 1-octadecanol and 5-hydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyisoflavone were found in this plant for the first time.3 The isoflavones components in Trifolium pratense L. were analyzed by HPLC-MS. The UV absorption chromatogram, total ion current chromatogram of the sample and the mass spectra of the corresponding chromatographic peaks were obtained, and the resolution of these mass spectra was elucidated. 17 isoflavone components were identified in Trifolium pratense L.4 The essential oil from Trifolium pratense L. was extracted by steam distillation, and then analyzed by GC-MS. 81 compounds in the essential oil were identified, and their amount were determined by normalization method.5 The HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of daidzein, geninstein, formononetin and biochanin A in Trifolium pratense L. was established.6 The HPLC method with evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) and diode array detector (DAD) was established for the determination of biochanin A and formononetin in Trifolium pratense L. extract.7 The quality standard of Trifolium pratense L. extract and product were studied in the paper, which may provide scientific basis for quality control.Part two: Studies on the chemical constituents and quality of Dipsacus asperoides C.Y. Cheng etT.M.Ai1 The preparation technology of the effective part of Dipsacus asperoides C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai was discussed. The quantitative analysis method for the determination of the total saponin components was established.2 The essential oil from Dipsacus asperoides C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai was extracted by steam distillation, and then analyzed by GC-MS. 57 compounds in the essential oil were identified, and their amount were determined by normalization method.3 The HPLC method for the determination of saponin VI in Dipsacus asperoides C.Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai was studied, and the samples of different habitats were analyzed.4 The quality standard of Dipsacus asperoides C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai was studied in the research, which may provide scientific basis for quality control.
