It is new that the rotor spinning has the fastest development and the best-rounded technology in the whole spinning system. Now the demastic rotor spinning level has large distance to the international level, especially in the rotor speed . Among them the pieceing in the rotor spinning is the most important, but the domestic advanced spinning machine only equiped the first generation semia -utomatic pieceing device, so the successful rate with pieceing and the quantity of the pieceing are not very good.In the foundation of the original semiautomatic pieceing technology , this text make a deep research about pieceing device and pieceing modal and analyze the pieceing quality of defferent pieceing modals.Through the analysis of pieceing mechanism and pieceing influence factor of different piecing models , this text aim at finding out the best pieceing model in rotor spinning.The frondose research work has:l.In the foundation of the original semiautomatic pieceing device, this text do research for manufacture of new semiautomatic pieceing device . 2.Toward the traditional pieceing model, this text proceed to experiment to analyze its influence factor and regulation. Through the analysis of the geometric mechanism of pieceing,this text put forward improved measures, and thenexperiment for verification.3.Through the geometric analysis of traditional pieceing modal,this text putforward the improved traditional pieceing modal with changing the feed rollerspeed,and then proceed experiments to analyze the influence factor.4.Based on the inspiration of R40, this text put forward new -style semiautomaticpieceing principles and establish two kinds of semiautomatic pieceing models.Through the procedure designing,this text proceed experiments, and analyze thepieceing quantity.5.Through the mathematic misty decision method, the traditional pieceing modelsand the new -style semiautomatic pieceing modals are analyzed and comparedunder the same spinning situation ,and then deceide the results.Through the above work, this text draw the following conclusions: 1 .The semiautomatic pieceing device with PLC designed in this text can control the changes of the feed roller speed only through the procedure designing of PLC. The device can proceed the experiment of many kinds of pieceing modals efficient -ly.2. Toward the traditional pieceing model ,the seed yam length , the time distance between starting feeding and sinking the seed yam and the time distance between sinking the seed yam and leading the seed yam make the most important influence, through research of pieceing mechanism, the withdrawing of seed yam twist, changing the feed roller speed and doing away with the damaged fiber are put forward to improve the pieceing quality. 3.Through changing the feed roller speed, the pieceing quality can attain followingeffects:pieceing strength can reach 91.35 percent of regular yarn strength and pieceing diameter is 1.6 percent of regular yarn strength with being 35,000 rpm and spinning 12s cotton yarn; pieceing strength is 71.38 percent of regular yarn strength and pieceing diameter can control in 1.5 percent of regular yarn strengthwith being 77,000rpm.4. With the new-style pieceing principle and procedure designing , two new -style pieceing models are established, and the results expresses its pieceing strength is higher than the traditional pieceing modal,and pieceing diameter is much better than tjie traditional pieceing modal.5. With the mathematic misty decision, the traditional pieceing modal(in brief: traditional one modal),the improved traditional pieceing modal(in brief:traditional two modal) and two new-style pieceing modals(in brief inewly one modal and newly two modal) are experimented and compared under the same spinning situation and the results expresses the traditional two modal is best, and then is the newly two modal, afterward is the newly one modal > and the last is the traditional one modal.WANG Keyong(Textile Engineering)Supervised by prof.WANG Jun...
