On compact spinning apparatus study, the main purpose is on the change of the spinning craft to meet the request of the high-grade fabric and weave. It has already become the focus study both at home and abroad. And it is regarded as a new spinning technology of 21stcentury. In this thesis at the our cotton compact apparatus which has been designed to match domestic conventional ring spinning frame FA502, explore further the craft of spinning on 48 spindles to improve this industrialization application. And key technology parameters of cotton type compact spinning have been optimized under the condition of experiments in this thesis. The research work of this thesis will produce positive influences on the industrial application of cotton type compact spinning technology to the reform of domestic conventional ring spinning frame. The contents involved are as follows:1. On the cotton compact apparatus that was assembled to the domestic conventional ring spinning frame FA502 we spin 20S, 40S, 60S compact yarns on 48 spindles with 9 kinds of suction parameters. Choose the optimum suction parameters according to the yarn performance comparison. Study the stability of 48 spindles compact spinning and analyze the suitable the situation of different yarns count.2. On compact spinning experiments assembled self-made suction we also choose the best suction parameters.3. The method of universal rotated combined experimental design is used. Under experiment condition, spin 40S. 60S yarns separately to optimize key technological parameters influencing the quality of cotton compact yarn and multi-objective random-searching method is also adopted to search for optimal technological parameters that should be verified throughexperiment.4. Through spinning experiment the reason for the improvement of the compact yarn strength is analyzed and verified.Theoretical analysis and experimental study show that:1. By the experiment on 48 spindles ring frame FA502 which is assembled by the compact spinning apparatus, conclusion can be drawn that compact yarn with better quality compared with conventional ring yarns can be obtained with the conditions being that the parameters of aluminum suction is 1.2mmx5°which is suitable for 40s ,60s.and for 20s compact yarns the 1.5mmx5°is the better. It is shown that it is no useful to spin 20s compact yarns, we should use this compact apparatus to spin high counts yarns. It is practicable to spin cotton compact yarn on 48 spindles ring frame FA502 that is assembled by the self-made cotton type compact spinning apparatus. Have reached the anticipated result basically, the quantity of compact yarns hairiness is reduced by about 70%, the yarn strength is enhanced by 5-10%, no big change on Uster CV%.2. The parameter of the self-made copper suction is I.llmmx5°. Under the experimental conditions involved and optimization method, underpressures in profile tube and draft ratio in compact field are the double factorial. After universal rotated combined experimental design and optimization method, conclusion can be drawn from spinning experiments: (1)the optimal parameters about the cotton compact 40s yarn spinning: (1)underpressure in profile tube is 350mmH2O; (2)draft ratio in compact field is 1.016; (2)the optimal parameters about the cotton compact 40s yarn spinning: (1)underpressure in profile tube is 301mmH2O; (2)draft ratio in compact field is 1.0304.3.After universal rotated combined experimental design and optimization method, by comparison of cotton compact yarn, produced by coon type compact spinning with optimized parameters, and conventional cotton ring spinning yarn, producedby conventional ring spinning with spinning technology unchanged, we find the 40s compact yarn: the quantity of 3-9mm hairiness is reduced by 82.1%, the yarn strength is enhanced by 14.6%, the Uster CV% falls down by 1.76%, and the compact yarn breaking elongation...
