Semi-worsted spinning process is ourselves-developed spinning technology. Semi-worstedspinning system adaptable for raw materials, in line with fabrics feature a variety of currenttrends, it is possible to achieve a good blend of different fibers, the different performance ofnatural fiber and chemical fiber blended interwoven, which can learn from each other,complementary advantages and promote continuous improvement of fabric performance. But thesemi-worsted products also appeared to be poor appearance quality, easy to hair loss, pilling,hairiness and more evenness that is low and other quality problems. Therefore, the introductionof new spinning technology, semi-worsted equipment and process optimization is to improve thequality of semi-worsted yarn, semi-worsted spinning technology which is a key to promote thekey factors across a new level.Through this paper, from raw materials, and wool, and coarse comb to key processes suchas semi-worsted spinning process optimization study the semi-worsted ring spinning twistingtriangle, through the introduction of compact spinning technology, and adding fiberagglomeration means of semi-worsted spinning process has been improved, and produced theimproved compact yarn. According studying the multi-component yarn before and afterimproved radial distribution calculated for each fiber transfer coefficient Hamilton studied law inits fiber yarn transfer process, in addition to the two multi-component blends of tensile properties,hairiness, evenness and other characteristics were tested and comparative analysis. Mainly tocomplete the following contents:(1) By analyzing and optimization studying the traditional semi-worsted key process, theselection of raw materials should be noted that the fiber length is proposed to be in the cardingprocess; a reasonable choice carding equipment components, the coarse step in should payattention; bars the number and form of draft choices in the spinning process to study thetraditional ring-spun yarn twisting triangle analysis and spinning joined by introducing negativepressure suction tube shaped ring fiber mesh stacking device to achieve the elimination orreduction the purpose of the small twisting triangle area. (2) Determine the improved semi-worsted processes and equipment, the choice of cotton,wool, silk, viscose, nylon fiber, acrylic fiber as raw material, and for different natural fibers orchemical fibers were treated differently, preparation out of the four groups of differentingredients, different proportions of48compact yarn:40%wool/30%nylon/30%acrylic,50%wool/30%nylon/20%acrylic,50%cotton/40%viscose/10%wool and30%cotton/40%viscose/30%wool.(3) The cost of the same two groups were selected, the same general proportions andcompact semi-worsted yarn of4samples of multi-component blends of radial sections, observeits cross-section fiber distribution, the fiber is calculated Hamilton transfer coefficient, the studyof two multi-component fibers blended yarn radial transfer rule. The results showed that the fibertransfer coefficient Hamilton than ordinary semi-worsted yarn compact spinning line improvedto a large, multi-component description is more evenly blended fibers improved frequency shiftis not fiber distribution.(4) Ordinary semi-worsted yarn and compact spinning line8group improved tensileproperties of specimens, hairiness, evenness of the test, and the test results were analyzed andstudied improved multi-component blended yarn hairiness and evenness of improvement. Theresults show that multi-component blends improved fracture strength has greatly improved thanthe average semi-worsted yarn; multi-component blends significantly reduced short hairinessimproved its evenness is also a great improvement.Therefore, this problem is solved by the introduction of compact spinning ideas onmulti-component semi-worsted process improvements that can increase strength, and can beeffective to reduce yarn hairiness and improve evenness of the development of new products.Semi-worsted have a positive effect, spinning enterprise technological progress, the developmentof the industry have a good role in promoting.
