In the process of grinding the workpiece, the wheel will have some degree of wear and tear.So it is difficult to control the workpiece machining precision by itself. The real-time and on-line measurement in the grinding process by active measurement and control instrument is an important part of improving the degree of automation of grinding machine. However,the study in this area started late at home, basically still stuck in a microcontroller as the core of computer-based instrumentation level, and even some still in the pointer instrument stage.In this context, our group and Sanmenxia Zhongyuan Precision Co., Ltd. jointly developed the Z series grinding active measure and control instrument(hereinafter referred to as Z series grinding active measuring meter), including the Z600 type grinding active measure and control instrument(hereinafter referred to as Z600 type grinding active measuring meter)which was developed based on ARM embedded board as well as Z3000 type grinding active measure and control instrument(hereinafter referred to as Z3000 type grinding active measuring meter)which was developed based on industrial motherboard. Aimed at the issues involved in the development,this paper launch a series of studies.In this paper, thermal design are conducted according to the problem of great power loss in the case of grinding active measuring meter.According the elements characteristics,heating power and other factors included in the grinding active measuring meter box to determine the thermal design program.Using Solid Works Flow Simulation to develop a thermal analysis process. Taking Z3000 type grinding active measuring meter as an example to establish thermal analysis model and then perform thermal simulation.Finally,the he simulation results are analyzed and optimized design.In this paper, the external design of the grinding active measuring meter are researched.First,this article discusses the theory of design involving the shape, color, material, ergonomics and other aspects.And then proposes its design requirements combined with the work environment, work mechanism and the functions implemented of grinding active measuring meter.Finally,its external design and software interface design based on these design requirements are conducted.According to functional requirements of the grinding active measuring meter and based on the configuration design concept,this paper researches the methods to achieve instrument display control,real-time curve, line charts, bar charts, pie charts and other commonly used controls for embedded Win CE-based operating system, builds control library and provides the call methods of control library. Finally, Z600 type grinding active measuring meter are conducted Experimental verification as an example.In summary,the box thermal design this paper carried out provides a very convenient means and reliable basis to the design of the complete structural design of electronic components.The case external design is significant to shape and spread corporate image, to create corporate brand and occupy market. The development of the control library has an important significance to shorten product development cycles, and promote active meter series. All the above studies provides the development of the next generation of grinding active measuring instrument theoretical and technical support.
