The Study Of The Key Technology Of Vibration Test And Malfunction Diagnosing Of Numerical Control Machine Tool On DSP

The paper, based on fully studying the structure of the numerical controlling machine tool, the theories of machine malfunction and numerical signal processing, designs a system of numerical control machine tool malfunction diagnosing, whose core is ADSP-2181chip ,a numerical signal processor. The paper especially designs the joining circuit between hypogyny machine and epigyny machine and their communication protocol, Data Acquisition and data processing in DSP chip.By the element function, the system is composed of the modules of signal pre-processing, data acquisition , data processing , communication between machines, showing the charts of malfunction signal and of the relation between the signal's frequency and its's range, storing and reading the charts.They are supported by the relative hardware and software.The paper is composed of seven chapters. The 1 chapter introduces the history of the development of numerical controlling machines tool and the technology of the malfunction diagnosing about it, and the classing of the malfunction diagnosing. The 2 chapter introduces the concepts and the principle of numerical signal processing, and especially introduces the basic idea of FFT. The 3 chapter analyzes the system by application and realizing function etc, and then designs the scheme of it. The 4 chapter designs the hardware of the system and analyzes the principle of it. The 5 chapter designs the software of the system. The 6 chapter analyzes the result of the simulating experiment of the system and indroduces the operation of the system . The 7 chaptera summarizes the whole papper, and then prospects the development of the technique in the future.With the abroad application of the technology of numerical controlling in our country, the technology of malfunction diagnosing will be applicated and developed widely. I wish the system can be contributed slenderly to the field.
