By view of development of mid-temperature cure water-solubility PF resin, cure temperature of adhesive is effectively decreased, and then hot-press period is shortened greatly, which establishing better basement for the realization of "hot-hot" process and reduce of board density. The adoption of roller technique of radial bamboo stripe, preferably minishing length bend and reducing board broken-face hole ratio.Via double-face equal-deep sand disposal of board, which can solve bigger thickness tolerance, worse surface quality that exist in present common bamboo plywood, and thus improve quality of bamboo plywood. The adoption of "hot-hot" process, which solved longer hot-press period of "cold-cold" process, lower product efficiency and problems of bigger amount of water-consumption, electricity-consumption, and steam-consumption, thus can make product efficiency of current common bamboo plywood product line, meantime reduce product cost validly.By orthogonal test we pressed nine sample, then decided better hot-press process,. The experiments shows that medium density radial bamboo stripe and curtain composite board posses lower board density, better physical and mechanical properties, better board-surface quality, higher bamboo utilizing ratio, lower hot-press temperature, shorter hot-press period, higher output and lower energy-consumption, etc, whatsmore explore a valid method for reducing current bamboo-based panel density in our country.
