Research And Design Of Embedded NC Machine Tools Networking System Based On S3C4510B

Network manufacturing which is the representative of the developing trend of modern manufacturing has been accepted and used by corporations little by little. The technology of open-architecture and networking is the developing direction. The future manufacturing will be the "virtual manufacturing" or "self-service manufacturing". All the manufacturing will complete by the network.There is the research of NC machine tools networking in this thesis. It expatiates the present realizing ways and the existing problems of NC machine tools networking such as the lacking network, the high expenditure, the low cost-efficient and the bad universality.It presents the solution that the embedded system based on ARM processor S3C4510B is used to solve the present problems of NC machine tools networking in this thesis. The system combines the abundant network functions of S3C4510B and the features of the embedded Linux OS. It dissertates the advantages of using the embedded system to solve the problems in the thesis.In the thesis it analyses the hardware performance requirements and the software functions of the system and designs the hardware circuits and the software function modules after analysis.
