Laser has four advantages : good directionality, coherency, monochromaticityand high energy density. It has been lay store on and widely used since it wasdiscovered in the world. Especially in machining industry, Laser machining istaking more and more percentage with the growth of laser machining market. Inthis circumstance, studying on the design of laser machining system with highreliability, high stability, and high intelligence is very important for the developingof laser machining technique. In all kinds of laser machinings. The stated lasermachining get useful widely, because of their unique features. In the paper , authortry to design a kind of discharge circuit and mask machining control system forthe pluse solid laser machining. And its price is cheaper and its function is morepowerful. Nd:KGW is used as the light source of the system and mask machiningis used as the machining techinics . The LPC2210 32 bits single chipmicrocontroller is used as core of control system, and μc/os-Ⅱembedded realtime operation system is used as the kernel of the single chip microcontroller .This dissertation firstly reviews the development of laser machining and lasermachining Tech, It is emphasized that the features and composition of solid lasermachining. And the paper introduce the charge circuit and adjust Q circuit of thesolid laser machining. Power supply system provides flash energy to Xe lamp.Pumping of Nd:KGW laser rod is provided by Xe lamp. Pulse solid laser powerdirectly affects the attribute of laser. The pulse solid laser power consists of chargecircuit, discharge circuit, trigger circuit and simmer circuit. Discharge circuit ,trigger ,simmer circuit and mask machining control system are analyzed anddiscussed in the dissertation.Discharge circuit is the most important circuit in pulse solid laser power.Theory analysis and parameters selection are concretely described. MPY634Analog multiplier is used of the cored element in the discharge circuit system. Asan important component of pumping energy control circuits, the analogueoperation circuit can calculate each pulse pumping energy.
