Research On Mine Geological Environment Protection Countermeasure In Hunan Province

There are abundant of mineral resource in Hunan Province, and the mining level is high. Mining, contributing a lot to the growth and development of the society and economy, at the same time, has induced great mine geological environmental problems. And these problems have become limiting factors for the growth of social economy.In this thesis, the current circumstances of mining geological environment and management in Hunan Province have been introduced systemically. By using economical theories, such as theory of environmental economy, sustainable development, theory of right and outer property, the main factors that leaded to the environmental problems have been analyzed. Based on the real situation in Hunan Province, main principles and methods about the protection of mining environment in Hunan Province have been brought out in detail from three aspects: government, economy, regularity and law. And some attempts have been taken in some aspects. Firstly, to establish the regularity and laws on the protection of mine environment and the Code of Protection of Mine Environment in Hunan Province. Secondly, to clear the management system of the mining environment, taking the witness hearing and government inspector system as a method. Thirdly, to strengthen the research of new technologies and theories about the protection of mine environment and establish the compulsive technique standard on the protection of mine environment.
