Mining mineral resources make great contributions to economic construction and human development.But at the same time,mining mineral resources also caused a certain degree of damage to the surrounding geological and ecological environment,become important factors to sustainable development of mine and ecological human settlements security.This paper gets the support of basic survey project assigned by China Geological Survey: “Remote Sensing Monitoring of Mining Exploration in Fujian Province”,and its sub-project “Environmental Monitoring Area in Yindingge Mine Area in Datian County of Fujian Province ”.This paper takes Yindingge iron mine and Shangjing coal mine in Datian County as the study area,and takes the Worldview-2 High Resolution Remote Sensing Image of the study area as the data source(2014/2016,panchromatic band 0.5m and multispectral band 2.4m).Combining ERDAS software with relevant existing mining and geological survey data,this paper makes remote sensing interpretation and field survey of the study mine area to warm the geological environment and geological hazards.The study comprehensive analysis speed and effect of environmental recovery of the land use type in the mine area,to accumulate experience to environmental recovery and governance of Fujian Province,and also provide reference for similar mine.The conclusions are as follows:(1)According to field survey and remote sensing data analysis,the author found 17 potential geological disaster in Yindingge iron mine and Shangjing coal mine of Datian County,9 landslides,4 collapses,1 mudflows,5 water pollutions and 1 dust pollutions.According to the research results feedback,Land and Resources Bureau of Datian County,Environmental Protection Bureau of Datian County regulate in time,the study mine environment was gradually improved by mine recovery measures.(2)This paper ascertained mining degree,resource damage,geological hazards development,complex degree of geological environment of the study mine,and then made grade for the geological environment.The results indicated that geological environment severe areas mainly concentrated in open mining area,including stope,tailings pond,and slag dump.Good area mainly concentrated in construction land,mine construction,farmlands with less vegetation,water area,slow slope area and vegetation covered areas.(3)Providing mine recovery strategic for the government by the rectification countermeasures which proposed by different environments.Some suggests such as rigorous examination of mining rights,strengthen mineral resources integration,and defined compulsory policy for mine recovery.For good environment,mine ecology restoration system should be set up,and also should development ecological agriculture and tourism economy.
