Utilizes the method of distinguishing and hierarchizing the dangerous source of steel metallurgic engineering, develops the study of distinguishing and hierarchizing the dangerous source of the big H section steel production line of Laigang, put up to distinguish the dangerous factors of 1880 blast furnace projects systematically, has found out the accident modes and dangerous rank of all kinds of dangerous factors, and has proposed the controlling method and improving measure. Have proposed the basic method of controlling and prewarning dynamically and safely, and combine the fact of Laigang put up control and manage platform dynamically, operate and make the good performance. According to the content of the thesis studied, adopt the modern network technology, have developed Laigang Occupational Health and Safety of controlling and prewarning dynamically application software system, the thesis elaborates on the design and implementation of the system , the function and application method of the system, and run in Laigang.
